Chris Heckler
CEO & Co-Founder
Chris is an industry veteran with over 25 years of healthcare experience and known for his work in purchased services. In 2013, he co-founded Valify, a healthcare purchased services analytics platform, that is still used today by many of the largest health systems and was acquired by HCA in 2019. Through years of working with health system finance and supply chain teams, he developed deep insight into how purchased services are managed, and where existing approaches fall short. SpendRule reflects that experience, shifting the focus from visibility to enforcement.
